GDPR in PALMS
GDPR implies, among other things, that sometimes an agreement may be required between the party responsible for Personal data (Company) and End User. However, as far as possible, you want to avoid having the agreement in PALMS, and instead try to get it in, for example, the employment contract due some courses in PALMS being required.
Sometimes, however, this is not possible and an agreement of consent may be required to store personal data. In PALMS, you can enter such a agreement of consent that the user will receive next time they log in. The agreement is either an informative agreement only, where user clicks on "Yes, I have read this", or it is a mandatory agreement. If the user does not approve a mandatory agreement, the user's account will be disabled and the contact of the agreement will be notified of and can act accordingly.
An agreement of consent can always be retrieved by the user. If this happens, an administrator will need to manually delete the personal information - or delete the user completely from PALMS.

If the user has signed, or has been informed about the agreement this will be shown on the user’s profile page.
