• Portals using SSO (Single Sign-On) or retrieving users from other systems through a synchronization process
  • If it's a portal with SSO (Single Sign-On), for example, through Microsoft 365, Azure, or OneLogin, the login is managed by that system, and you cannot change the password through Palms. Please contact IT support.
  • If you have a portal where users are automatically fetched through synchronization from your hr system, you should consult your IT support.
    

Change my password

Step 1

To change your password, go to your profile. The easiest way to do this is by selecting the round avatar in the upper right corner.

Step 2

Select "Actions" (three vertical dots or vertical ellipsis) and then choose "Edit."

Step 3

Under the "LOGIN" tab, you can change your password to something of your choice. Choose "Change Password."

Step 4

Enter your desired password in both "New Password" and "Confirm New Password."

NOTE! A password should contain at least ten characters, include both uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers, even if there is only a requirement for ten characters.

Check the box for "Send login details" if you want a copy of your changes sent via email. Click "Save."

Well done, you have now created a new personal password! 🎉
