Portals that are connected with other systems via a SSO-solution.
If your portal is using an SSO (single sign-on) ADFS or similar solution you should speak to your support before changing any settings.
Edit my profile

Step 1
To edit your profile click on the round icon (with your initials or profile picture) in the top right corner.

Step 2
Choose “Actions” ( three standing bullet points or vertical ellipsis) and then choose “Edit”

Step 3
In the section Information you can change the following:
- First name
- Surname
- Email
In the section Profile picture you can change the following:
- Upload a photo of yourself / change photo (the photo will be displayed on your profile page and next to your name on team and class pages)
- Remove profile photo
You do this by clicking on the waste bin under your photo. (The waste bin is only visible if you have a photo uploaded.)
In the section Affiliation you can change the following:
- If you have several roles, select the one that is your main role. If the incorrect role is chosen as your main role this might affect which start page you have in the portal.

In the section “Responsibility” you can change the following:
Change who is responsible for Courses and Coaching for you. Normally this is something you don’t need to do. The system manages this automatically. If there are several leaders in the same team, the system will not be able to know who your leader is. That is when you need to manually choose one.
This is how you do it:
- Click on the “gear” symbol on the right-hand side
- Choose “Assign to the persons”
- Choose your manager from the list
- Remove existing (incorrect) names by using the waste bin on the right-hand side of the name.
- Click “Done”
In the section “Login” you can change the following:
- Edit your username
- Change your password (a password needs to consist of at least 10 letters)
In the section “Language and time” you can change the following:
- Choose the language to be used in the portal if more than one language is activated
- Change your time zone if it is not correct
Step 4
After any changes has been done you have to click “save”
You find the button at the bottom of the page
