Portals that are connected with other systems via an integration.
If your portal is using an SSO (single sign-on) ADFS or similar solution you will need to contact your support for the SSO system.
Missing or forgot password
A: if you have forgotten your password and your e-mail address is registered in the portal you can easily request a new password via the link “Forgot password”
B: if your e-mail address is not in the system or if you “share” your e-mail address with another person you will not be able to request a new password here. You will then have to contact the system administrator or PALMS support by clicking the link Help/Support

If you have a button with the text AD, Azure or similar to reach the login page you will need to contact your internal support. In this case your company is using a so called SSO (single sign-on) solution which means that the login is not done via the portal.
