Upload a banner image and choose focus point

1. You’ll find the setting here: Main-menu > System settings > Graphic adaptations
2. Tick the box “Show banner”
3. Click “Upload” and choose the image you would like to use
4. When the image is uploaded, you can decide the focus point by clicking on the image. The focus point helps the system know what is important in the image when it is cropped to adapt to different screen sizes. If the image shows people, you would, for example, choose their faces as the focus point. The black circle indicates where the focus point is located.

Create a welcome text on the start page   

Under the banner you are able to write a welcome text that is visible on top of the banner image. We recommend a short catchy text. For example “Welcome to the training portal”

OBS If “show banner” is unticked in the settings, your welcome text will not be displayed on the start page.  

Change color of the heading and its’ text

Darken backgrounds

This setting affects the banner making it darker on the start page and the image used in the training descriptions. Ensure the images works with the affect and that the title of the training is readable when using it.

Primary and secondary color

Choose the colors that goes well together with the colors of your organization’s graphic profile (or keep the original settings)

Background color for the menu

This is where you set the color of the header’s background.

The text color for menu

The color of the text in the header (also affects the icons in the header).

Profile picture color

Choose one or several colors to be used as profile pictures if no photo is uploaded (or keep the original settings).
