Portals that are connected with other systems via a sync
Should you have a portal where the users and team structure is automatically created by a synch between one of your systems and the portal, please contact support prior to editing teams.
Edit teams / sub teams

Step 1
When editing a team / sub team, it is important that you navigate to the team that you want to make changes to. The easiest way is to use the search field (the magnifying glass icon)

Step 2
Click “actions” (three standing bullet points or vertical ellipsis) and chose Edit team

Step 3
Edit the team name.
Should you want to change your team’s parent, you can do so by choosing a new one from the Parent team drop-down list
Click save when you’re done with the changes 🎉
