Portals that are connected with other systems via a sync
Should you have a portal where the users and team structure is automatically created by a sync between one of your systems and the portal, please contact support prior to editing teams
Create a team /sub-team

Step 1
When creating a team / sub-team, it’s important that you navigate to the team that you want to have as a parent. The easiest way is to use the search field (the magnifying glass icon) to find the team.
When you are in the parent team, click on the heading Subteams and check the list. This to avoid making duplicates.

Step 2
Click “actions” (three standing bullet points or vertical ellipsis) and chose Add a new subteam.

Step 3
Enter the name of the new team and click Add or Add and go to
- Add - you return to the parent team where you created your new team under.
- Add and go to – you leave the page of the parent team and go to the page of the newly created team.
Well done, you have successfully created a new team! 🎉
